Our Intro to Pole and Aerial Series is designed for the brand new beginner. We meet one evening a week, over the course of 6 weeks. Our experienced instructors will teach you the basic holds, spins, flips, and above all, safety techniques of Pole fitness and Lyra hoops, allowing you to progress to Beginner Level.
The cost of each 6 week Intro course is $95.

Our new Intro to Aerial Hammocks series is open to everyone, at the reduced price of $15! Come try it and discover a whole new world of strength building, including upper body and core. Hammocks are also an excellent way to improve flexibility and spatial awareness.
This open level, beginner-friendly workshop will help you find your inner flow. Through a combination of freestyle exercises and low flow choreography, you will discover the ways your body wants to move, and get helpful tips for incorporating your unique style into all of your movement! Even if you've never freestyled or if you think you're terrible at flow, this class can help you unlock your inner dancer. Come join me as we flow low and flow free!
